XPS Annotator is an exclusive standalone XPS Viewer (not hosted in Microsoft Internet Explorer), they adding some features including annotations, document properties, digital signatures, XPS converter and sidebar for ease of reading. It was created by Software Imaging Limited, and contains multiple functions that allow you to work with XPS file extensions.
